Many of my clients have developed new technologies but needed assistance to determine how to develop revenue streams from them.  I am an entrepreneur at-heart and have participated as a principal in several technology businesses.  For many years, I have worked with clients to develop new business models.  As an experienced business attorney, Certified Public Accountant, and software developer, I have been able to provide well-rounded business model advice that made sense legally, financially, and technologically.  

Over my many years of practice representing start-up and early-stage companies, many of my technology clients have completed several rounds of equity financing based upon business models that I developed or helped to develop.  There are few attorneys that have a multi-disciplinary educational background similar to mine.  Even in my private life, I am an explorer – I am a licensed private pilot and certified scuba diver and enjoy hiking and camping.  I am always learning about new things and use this learning to represent my clients to the best of my ability.
