What should you expect from your Attorney?  Great legal advice is an absolute but, what about business, tax, liability limitation, and asset protection advice?  If these are not all considered, can any “plan” be complete?  With my background as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant as well as having been a principal in a number of businesses, I am able to provide value-added business advice in addition to the legal advice that is expected of any attorney.
